Nicholas Randall

Tavern Owner and Entrepreneur

Nicholas Randall is a British national goal driven entrepreneur and restaurant manager with demonstrated successes in building restaurant operations.

In fact, Nicholas has an extensive background in restaurant operations since 2003 as the managing member and CEO for the Village Fish Market, a widely acclaimed restaurant in Punta Gorda, FL. The Village Fish Market has generated excellent online reviews since founding, was voted Best Seafood Restaurant in the Charlotte Sun’s Readers Awards and won twice the Business of the Year Award with the Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce. Nick went on to own and manage La Fiorentina in 2016, a successful Italian steakhouse that also received high praise and local press. In 2021, Nick and his wife, Sue, renovated La Fiorentina to become Tamiami Tavern, a new tavern concept that has already attracted positive reviews in its first year of operations.



Now filled with his experience and seeing the success of Tamiami Tavern, Nicholas wishes to implement a Tamiami Tavern Franchise throughout the United States and offer customers a unique tavern concept, offering Tavern Food with a Gourmet Edge.
